In our world today all the way to the very early existence of civilization there has been a deceptive trait that has been lurking among the characteristics of humanity; this characteristic is known as manipulation. This topic of discussion will highlight 5 different ways to identify a person who has manipulative intentions along with different resources of information to gain from. Whether you are dealing with people in the business world, social scene, relationships, work environment, etc.
When it’s all said and done we are all potential victims to the prowling manipulator.
They will smile in our face, speak so innocently, portray themselves as saints who can do no wrong, a good Samaritan just looking to help out etc; all while having the motive to deceive and control our minds. These manipulators unfortunately get their way too often.
On behalf of the Rising Gr8ness movement, associates of the movement, The RGR8 Nation, and supporters of the movement, we are providing a solution to arm individuals with the appropriate knowledge to become keenly aware of these types of people all while encouraging people to take appropriate action.
HERE’S THE 5 SIGNS A PERSON SECRETLY HAS NEGATIVE INTENTIONS:
EYE CONTACT AND BODY LANGUAGE ARE ABNORMAL
Eye contact can be a weapon used by manipulators. A sustained and confident look usually indicates trustworthiness. Deceptively; manipulators understands this powerful effect and feign it as a weapon to bring our guard down. Forced long and uncomfortable eye contact from a manipulator is usually indicating a concealed intention and to make someone else do what they want them to do.
PERSUASION IS USED AS A GAME
Dialogic maneuvers in interaction are a favored weapon of manipulators. Manipulators of this type have a very profound and prominent skill for persuasion and placing pressure very potently; exclusively when the victim is deficient in aptitude and discernment. They also use this on people who have trouble saying no.
ONE SIDED CONVERSATIONS ARE PREVALENT
Nice people with cruel intentions really know how to dominate a conversation. Average people, while some may be deficient in active listening skills will at least make an attempt to initiate a dialogue. Be warned, manipulators of this variety are not to be viewed as average people when considering human conversation.
When a manipulator detects failure in this attempt in their conversational tactics, they will create another tactic of achieving their objective. It may be sudden, reactive interest in your life and endeavors.
REPETITIVELY MAKING DEMANDS
Manipulators of this variety have the skill and ability to wear and tear at your will. These types are highly selfish, individualistic people of the utmost degree. They will reiterate numerously in a subtle manner the action that they wish you to take.
They make demands ceaselessly because their reassuring ego has them thinking their methods are superior. They use this mentality to prevail over their target’s will power.
FEELING BAD AFTER CONVERSATION WITH THEM
Communication is a powerful weapon for manipulators. Let it be known that manipulators have an ability of creating confusion and mystic on their targets and people they are in communication with. They have an ability of disrupting thought patterns and this is what makes them victorious when preying on their victims.
Always trust your instincts when regarding an individual’s character. Misunderstanding, anger, confusion, frustration, are some of the negative thoughts and emotions you should pay extreme attention to after conversing with such a character.
We must stay vigilant and be very observant of the behaviors of others, especially when their behavior seems to be suspicious, unusual, or mysterious. Let us not hesitate in questioning the motives behind such behavior. Always trust your instincts.
